Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to 11 AI Blockchain ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use our platform, website, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including any applications built on or interacting with our AI-integrated blockchain infrastructure. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Personal data. Name, email address, company name, phone number; government-issued identifiers (if required for compliance); biometric or authentication data (used with user consent only); wallet addresses and transaction metadata.

Non-personal data. Device type, browser, IP address, time zone; usage patterns and platform interactions; analytics data and pseudonymized identifiers.

Health or regulated data. Where applicable, we may collect sensitive or HIPAA-covered data when services are integrated with medical or financial systems. Such data is tokenized or encrypted before storage and protected via Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) and Decentralized Identity (DID).

2. How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve our Services; authenticate and verify identity (including DID-based login); execute smart contracts and manage blockchain events; detect fraud, anomalies, or unauthorized access using AI/ML; comply with legal, regulatory, or audit requirements (HIPAA, CMMC, GDPR); and provide support and communicate with users.

3. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with authorized partners and vendors under strict confidentiality; regulatory authorities if legally required; smart contract or decentralized services for autonomous execution, with limited identifiable information; and data processors for AI/ML inference, audit logs, or analytics (only pseudonymized data).

4. Data storage and retention

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Audit logs are stored immutably on-chain where required. Retention follows jurisdictional laws (for example, seven years for medical records under HIPAA). Personal data is deleted upon request or after account deactivation, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

5. Blockchain-specific considerations

Some transactions are recorded on public or private chains and may be immutable. Users acknowledge that public wallet addresses and hashes may be publicly visible. We implement privacy-enhancing techniques, including on-chain DID pseudonymization and off-chain encrypted metadata vaults.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, rectify, or delete your data; object to data processing; withdraw consent at any time; and request data portability. Submit requests to privacy@11aiblockchain.com.

7. Security measures

End-to-end encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3); AI-driven intrusion detection and fraud monitoring; role-based access control (RBAC) aligned with CMMC/ISO 27001; smart contract audits and formal verification procedures.

8. International data transfers

We operate globally and may transfer data to countries with differing privacy laws. We ensure protection via standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements (DPAs), and on-chain anonymization and encryption.

9. Children's privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verified parental or guardian consent.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted with the effective date. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notification.
